

    
1. Place the pork chops in a shallow baking
dish. Pierce with a
        
fork several times on both sides.
 
    
2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, water
, garlic and mustard.
        
Crush the rosemary and add it to the bowl. Mix to blend well.
 
    
3. Pour
the marinade over the pork chops. Cover and refrigerate.
        
Marinate for 4 hours to over night, turning frequently.
 
    
4. Grill 6 inches above hot coals for
15 - 20 minutes or until the
        
juices run clear, basting until done.
