6  Ounces Bulgar
wheat
- 
2  Roma tomatoes,
diced
- 
2  Tablespoons fresh
Italian parsley, minced
- 
1  Clove garlic,
minced
- 
¼  Cup olive
oil
- 
¼  Teaspoon
onion powder
- 
1¼  Cup water
- 
Salt
- 
Italian Bread
 
 
 
 
 
 
Place the bulgar
wheat in a bowl and add the water and
olive oil. Stir
to blend. Add the garlic, salt, onion powder
and parsley
and stir. Cover and refrigerate until water
is absorbed
(at least one hour). Add the tomatoes
 and stir
to blend. Serve over toasted
slices of Italian
bread.
