1 Boneless beef sirloin
steak (½ pound)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
2 Anchovy fillets
4 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper
1. In a bowl,
combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, lemon juice
and rice vinegar. Stir until mixed well.
mince the garlic. Place the garlic in a bowl and add the
anchovy fillets. Mash the mixture until a paste forms. Add this to
the marinade and stir.
3. Pour the
marinade over the steak and marinate in the refrigerator
for 4 hours.
4. Grill or
broil until desired tenderness.
