Roasted Garlic    
 
 
 

• 1  Whole bulb of garlic
• Olive oil

 
   
 
 
       Place the garlic bulb on a 12 x 12 piece of aluminum foil.      Liberally brush the garlic bulb with the olive oil. Wrap up      the garlic bulb and place it on a tray. Bake in a preheated      400ºF oven for 1 hour.
