Pork Kabobs
 
 
Serves 2
 
   
 
 
 
 
 
     1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
         Add the pork cubes and toss to coat  evenly. Cover and
         marinate in the refrigerator for at east 4 hours or over  night.
         Stir often while marinating.
   
     2. Alternate threading the pork and vegetables on the skewers.
 
     3. Grill over hot coals turning frequently for ½ hour or broil.
