Garlic Dijon Fillet

2  Flounder fillets
(8 ounces)
- 
3  Teaspoons Dijon
mustard
- 
2  Cloves garlic,
finely minced
- 
1  Tablespoon fresh
basil, finely minced
- 
1½  Tablespoons
olive oil
 
 
 
 
          1.
Combine the oil, mustard, garlic, basil and salt
in a bowl
             
until well blended.
 
         
2. Pour a little olive oil on a small piece of
paper towel and
             
lightly grease a baking dish. Place
the flounder fillets
             
into the baking dish.
 
         
3. Evenly spread the sauce on the fillets. Broil 
four inches
             
from the flame for 10 minutes or
until the fish flakes.
