Blue
Cheese Dressing
 
 Makes 1 Cup

- 
4  Ounces blue cheese
- 
¼  Cup olive
oil
- 
½  Cup water
- 
Salt to taste
 
 
 
 
 
 
Crumble the
blue cheese into small pieces and place in
a blender. Add
the water, olive oil and salt. Blend until
  smooth.To
make the dressing thicker, use less water.
Serve with salads
or raw vegetables as a dip.
